Why Atheists Can Not Win
"The traditional American philosophy teaches
that Man, The Individual, is endowed at birth with rights which are
unalienable
because given by his Creator. This governmental philosophy is uniquely
American. The concept of Man's rights being unalienable is based solely
upon
the belief in their Divine origin. "
Our Government is
based on law. Law is the collective organization of the individual
right to
defend life, liberty, and property. All American state papers reinforce
the premise
that rights come from God. If someone
wants to sue a state or the federal government over an issue of
religion, they
have standing under the first amendment. If, however, they want to sue,
believing that there is no God, then the court has no standing. This is
because
all authority of the court comes from the rights of the individual and
the
rights of the individual come from God. No
God, no government. No government, no lawful court.
This is further reinforced under the first amendment which states,” Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Religion is not God. Religion is the formal relationship of man to God and God to man. A priest presents the people to God and God to the people. You can not have a law protecting and restricting a conversation with a nonexistent party. Therefore, in addition to the purpose of government being to protect God given rights, the constitution, under the first amendment, reaffirms that God exists.
In America if there is no God then there is no Government and no respective court system because the government exists only to protect and defend God given rights. The plaintiff then has to seek compensation in a country that does not recognize this relationship, which is ever other country in the world. This is why we are special.
